East Haven Arrests for Sept. 26 to Sept. 28

Danielle Digioia, 28, of Mill Street in East Haven, was charged Sept. 28 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 1.
John Phelan, 27, of Prospect Place in East Haven, was charged Sept. 28 with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and/or registration, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he his scheduled to appear in court Oct. 10.
Eric Vece, 23, of Myrtle Avenue in West Haven, was charged Sept. 27 with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and/or registration, operation under suspension and criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 27.
