East Haven Arrests for Oct. 26 to Nov. 8

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Jorge Teran, 36, of 57 Chapel St. in Wallingford, was charged Nov. 8 with third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and was expected to appear in court Nov. 9.

Brian Joseph Squeo, 32, of 115 South Montowese St. in Branford, was charged Nov. 8 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 16.

Phillipe Caisse, 33, 560 Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was charged Nov. 7 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license or registration, using or tampering with a motor vehicle without permission and disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8

Allen Simon, 38, of 225 Fountain St. in New Haven, was charged Nov. 7 with fifth-degree larceny. There was no bond set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7.

Louis Altieri, 50, of 102 Sylvan Hill Road, was charged Nov. 6 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7.

Donato Mastroianni, 56, of 7 Maplevale Road in East Haven, was charged Nov. 6 with evading responsibility. A bond amount was set for $1,000. Mastroianni also was charged with a separate count of driving in an improper lane. No bail amount was set for this charge. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 17.

Clyde Smalls, 33, of 65 Chambers St. in New Haven, was charged Nov. 5 with two separate counts of first-degree failure to appear in court. A bond of $200,000 was set for the first count, and a bond of $2,500 for the second. Smalls was also charged Nov. 5 with a separate count of failure to appear. related to a motor vehicle violation. A bond of $500 was set for the third charge. Smalls was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7 for all three charges.

April Lozada, 35, of 96 Chapel St. in New Haven, was charged Nov. 4 with second-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. A bond of $2,500 was set. In a separate arrest report, Lozada was also charged Nov. 4 with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary. In a third and separate arrest report, Lozada was charged Nov. 4 with second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary. A bond was set for $25,000. Lozada was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7 to answer all charges.

Awilda Gonzalez, 37, of 96 Chapel St. in New Haven, was charged Nov. 4 with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary. A bond of $25,000 was set. In a separate arrest report, was charged Nov. 4 with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary. A bond of $25,000 was set. Gonzalez is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 16 for both sets of charges.

Michael Barruss, 26, of 109 Haven St in New Haven, was charged Nov. 4 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 16.

Lope Antonio Garcia, of 27 Summit St. in Central Falls, RI, was charged Nov. 4 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and driving in an improper lane. A bond of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 17.

John Harold Jones, 43, of 131 Cosey Beach Ave. in East Haven, was charged Nov. 3 with sixth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check. A bond of $500 was set and he was expected to appear in court Nov. 3.

Kyle Lucien Piche, 23, of 66 Cliff St.  in East Haven, was charged Nov. 3 with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. A bond of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 3.

Ronald A. Cole, 33, of 140 Mill St. in East Haven, was charged Nov. 1 with the criminal violation of a restraining order. A bond was set for $1,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 2.

Bruce Beckman, 44, of 199 Foxon Blvd. in East Haven, was charged Nov. 1 with the criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening.  A bond of $15,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1.

Gary Czapliki, 36, of 91 Rogers St. in Branford, was charged Nov. 1 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor and disorderly conduct. A bond of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 2.

Christopher Roberts, 38, of 40 Hill St. in East Haven, was charged Nov. 1 with disorderly conduct. A bond of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1.

Thimio George Zacharias, 47, of 18 Charnes Drive in East Haven, was charged Nov. 1 with criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1.

Adomolic Caday Jones, 38, of 14 Princeton Drive in Jacksonville, N.C., was charged Oct. 31 with issuing a bad check. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 9.

Anthony J. Redente, 44, of 200 Mclay Ave. in East Haven, was charged Oct. 30 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31.

Robert J. Rivera, 34, of 206 Glen Haven Road in New Haven, was charged Oct. 28 with illegally obtaining or supplying drugs and second-degree forgery. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 9.

Vanessa Wagner, 23, of 109 West Main St. in East Haven, was charged Oct. 28 with sixth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 28.

Leonora Ryan, 51, of 74 Calamus Meadow Road in Hamden, was charged Oct. 27 with being a fugitive from justice. No bond was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 28.


Christy Kuhl, 26, of 20 Cowpen Road in West Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Oct. 26. A bond of $1,000 was set and she was expected to appear in court Nov. 2

Michael J. Waselik, 46, of Charter Oak Ave. in East Haven, was charged Oct. 26 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 2.

Danielle Brammer, 26, of 119 Short Beach Drive in East Haven, was charged Oct. 26 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she was expected to appear in court Oct. 27.

Laura Mary Klein, 25, of 4 Court St. in New Haven, was charged Oct. 26 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 2
