East Haven Arrests for Nov. 9 to Nov 15

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Paul Theodore Lipp, 22, of 6 Clark St. in East Haven, was charged Nov. 12 with first-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14.

Paul Pastet, 37, of 158 Short Beach Road in East Haven, was charged Nov. 12 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to obey a stop sign. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 1.

Edwin Arpi, 20, of 119 Corbin Road in Hamden, was charged Nov. 11 with interfering with a police officer, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree kidnapping and second-degree unlawful restraint. A bond amount of $25,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14.

Bonita Delcorte, 51, of 212 Cosey Beach Ave. in East Haven, was charged Nov. 11 with failure to obey a stop sign and possession of narcotics. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14.

Sheldon Core Loman, 19, of 12 Michael St. in East Haven, was charged Nov. 11 with carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying a facsimile firearm, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14.

Victor Manuel Martinez, 19, of 116 Old Foxon St. in East Haven, was charged Nov. 11 with carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying a facsimile firearm and second-degree breach of peace.

Christian R. Fraticelli, 19, of 922 Townsend Ave. in New Haven, was charged Nov. 10 with reckless driving, failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop and second-degree reckless endangerment. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 23.

Frank Phillip Hemming, 69, of 243 Eastern St. in New Haven, was charged Nov. 10 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and driving in an improper lane. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 1.

Thomas McCarthy, 59, who is listed as homeless, was charged Nov. 9 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and/or registration, evading responsibility, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and following too close. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 10.

April G. Gaudioso, 32, of 979 Quinnipiac Ave. in New Haven, was charged Nov. 9 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $500 was set and she is expected to appear in court Nov. 23.

Jillian Lee Dotson, 21, of 5 Robin Drive in East Haven, was charged Nov. 9 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $500 was set and she is expected to appear in court Nov. 23.

 Michelle Young, 48, of 55 Messina Drive in East Haven, was charged Nov. 9 with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and she is expected to appear in court Nov. 23.

Kenneth A. Sarcione, 27, of 45 East Main St. in Branford, was charged Nov. 9 with sixth-degree larceny and third degree forgery. A bond of $1,000 was set and he was expected to appear in court Nov. 16.
