East Haven Arrests for March 6 to March 10

William G. Vincent, 64, of Branford Road in North Branford, was charged March 10 with third-degree larceny and third-degree identity theft. A $5,000 bond was set and he is expected to appear in court March 20. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.
