East Haven Arrests for July 25 to July 31

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Christopher Jason Paulin, 52, of Jamaica Court in East Haven, was charged July 31 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration and/or license, and disorderly conduct. Separately, Paulin was also charged with failure to appear. A bond amount of $1,000 was set for both sets of charges and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 1. Arresting officer Shawn T. Pasquale John Prota, 36, of Edward Street in East Haven, was charged July 30 with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court July 31. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Laurie A. Nuzzo, 31, of Edward Street in East Haven, was charged July 30 with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court July 31. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Carlos Mauricio Garcia, 33, of Silversands Road in East Haven, was charged July 28 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor, disorderly conduct, interference with an emergency call, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court July 30. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

David Gerald Gorman, 56, of Woodward Avenue in New Haven, was charged July 27 with fifth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 8. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Henry Otto Koelle, 31, of Grand Avenue in New Haven, was charged July 27 with interfering with a police officer. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 8. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Gary George Guidone, 29, of Vista Drive in East Haven, was charged July 27 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and three separate counts of second-degree failure to appear. A total bond amount for all charges was set at $7,150 and he is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 8 for the failure to appear charges, and was scheduled to appear in court July 30 for the remaining charges. Robert William Redente, 31, of Wheaton Road in East Haven, was charged July 27 with sixth-degree larceny, theft of a firearm and criminal possession of a firearm. Separately, Redente was also charged with fourth-degree larceny and credit card theft. A total bond amount of $15,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court July 27. Angel Gabriel Torres, 29, of Oak Street in Middletown, was charged July 26 with second-degree harassment and criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court on July 27. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Linda Jean Heidtmann, 58, of Montoya Circle in Branford, was charged July 26 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 8. Arresting officer: Danielle M. Germe.

Jonathan Skolsky, 44, of Montoya Circle in Branford, was charged July 26 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 8. Arresting officer: Danielle M. Germe.

April Gieparda, 44, of Coleman Street in East Haven, was charged July 26 with reckless driving, failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop and evading responsibility. Additionally, Gieparda was separately charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A total bond amount of $7,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court July 27 to answer all charges. Arresting officer: Matthew J. Wambolt.

Andrew T. Marchitto, 44, of Coleman Street in East Haven, was charged July 26 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 8. Arresting officer: Matthew J. Wambolt.

Christopher Aaron Rose, 21, Summit Avenue in East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court July 26. Arresting officer: Monique S. Colbert.
