East Haven Arrests for Aug. 1 to Aug. 7

Gary George Guidone, 29, of Vista Drive in East Haven, was charged Aug. 7 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. A bond of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 15. Arresting officer: Stephen M. Paulson.

Kenneth Russell Karrmann, 46, of Laurel Street in East Haven, was charged Aug. 6 for conducting home improvements without a license. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 15. Arresting officers: Edmund Vecellio.

Dominique Serenity Williams, 25, of Donna Drive in New Haven, was charged two separate counts of violation of probation. A total bond amount of $20,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 15. Arresting officer: Stephen M. Paulson.

Naomi M. Fresenius, 41, of Green Garden Court in East Haven, was charged Aug. 6 for possession of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $500 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 15. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

Tifanny Ann Rowe, 23, of Terrace Street in New Haven, was charged Aug. 6 with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order. Additionally, she was separately charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court. A total bond amount of $11,150 was set for all charges and she was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 7. Arresting officer: first set of charges Patrick Tracy; second set of charges Stephen M. Paulson.

Aaron C. Ainslie, 36, of Maple Street in East Haven, was charged Aug. 6 with carrying a dangerous weapon, third-degree burglary and interfering with a police officer. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 15. Arresting officer: James W. Naccarato.

Brenden Montefusco, 19, of Qunnipiac Avenue in New Haven, was charged Aug. 5 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 15. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Dawn Michelle Magliulo, 39, of Green Garden Court in East Haven, was charged Aug. 5 with failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $150 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 15. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

Samuel Daniel Lester, 38, of Thomas Court in East Haven, was charged Aug. 5 with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, criminal violation of a protective order and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 6. Additionally, in a second set of charges, Lester was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a registration or license that has been suspended or revoked, disobeying officer's signal the first time, the illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of cannabis or controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance or less than 4 ounces of marijuana, using or tampering with a motor vehicle without permission and interfering with a police officer. A bond among of $50,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court to answer the second set of charges Aug. 6. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Robert Paul Labanca, 41, of Pardee Place Extension in East Haven, was charged Aug. 4 with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny. A bond amount of $15,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 6. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

James Nuzzello, 52, of Savoy Street in East Haven, was charged Aug. 3 with second-degree failure to appear. Additionally, in a separate set of charges, Nuzzello was charged with driving a vehicle with no insurance, operation of motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license or registration and driving under a license suspension for alcohol. A bond amount of $1,000 was set for each set of charges, and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 3. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Jacob Goldman, 21, of Thompson Street in East Haven, was charged Aug. 2 with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in  court on Aug. 3. Arresting officer: Alfred Maio.

Timothy McNulty, 36, of Mill Street in East Haven, was charged Aug. 2 with third-degree criminal mischief. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 2. Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.

David A Schleifer, 26, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven, was charged Aug. 1 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 2. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.
