East Haven Arrests: DUI, Interfering with Police, Disorderly Conduct

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Frederick Wallen, 42, listed as homeless, was charged March 18 with violation of probation, two separate counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and failure to appear in court (motor vehicle). A total bond amount of $23,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 19. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio

Lorraine Nicole Outlaw, 21, of Gregory Street in Bridgeport, was charged March 18 with first degree larceny, first-degree robbery, two counts of first-degree conspiracy to commute larceny and first-degree conspiracy to commit robbery. A total bond amount of $100,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Justin Brochu.

Edward Cirillo, 50, of Connecticut Avenue in Bridgeport, was charged March 15 with criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 17. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Steven Comacho, 28, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven, was charged March 15 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 17. Arresting officer: Monique S. Colbert.

Guillermo Orellana, 28, of Rose Street in East Haven, was charged March 14 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, driving in an improper lane and operating a motor vehicle without a license. A bond amount of $15,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Michael Nuzzo, 38, of Prospect Place in East Haven, was charged March 14 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 26. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

John F. Sullo, 36, of Borrman Road in East Haven, was charged March 14 with two separate charges of interfering with a police officer and two separate charges of second-degree breach of peace. A total bond amount of $1,000 was set and was scheduled to appear in court March 26.

Herman Napolean, 50, of Newhall Street in New Haven, was charged March 13 with fifth-degree larceny.  A bond amount of $1,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court March 26. Arresting officer: Monique S. Colbert.

John Cerrotti, 53, of Laurel Drive in Wallingford, was charged March 12 with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: Shawn T.  Hatchel.

William Snow, 67, of Featherbed Lane of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: Shawn T.  Hatchel.
