East Haven Arrests: Burglary, ATV Failure to Stop, Threatening

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Steven Henry Mancuso, 57, of Pepperbush Lane in Guilford, was charged Nov. 19 with third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal trespass. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 27. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Timothy McNulty, 37, of Mill Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 18 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 19. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia. 

Panayoti Hrampanis, 27, of Shepard Avenue in New Haven, was charged Nov. 17 with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 18. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Gregoris Hrampanis, 59, of Branhaven Drive in East Haven, was charged Nov. 17 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 18. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Nicholas Dupuis, 19, of Constitution Boulevard in Shelton, was charged Nov. 17 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, disobeying an officer's signal the first time, ATV/snowmobile failure to stop, operating an ATV on a public highway, possession of a controlled substance or less than 4 ounces of marijuana and second-degree reckless endangerment. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 27. Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.
