East Haven Arrests: Breach of Peace, Interfering with a Police Officer, Larceny

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Kimberley Ann Viel, 22, of Montoya Circle in Branford,  was charged Oct. 27 with criminal violation of a protective order. A bond of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 28. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski. 

James Cerell Hawkins, 31, of Gerrish Avenue in East haven, was charged Oct. 27 with interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett. 

Samantha Pellegrino, 22, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was charged Oct. 27 with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: Kershen Bisette.

Melissa Lynch, 24, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was charged Oct. 27 with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette. 

Kenneth Ray Smith, 56, of First Street in Hamden, was charged Oct. 27 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Shawn Williams, 40, of Hamilton Street in New Haven, was charged Oct. 27 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Alessandra Sanford, 61, of Fitch Street in North Haven, was charged Oct. 26 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: Sean Moriarity. 

Francis Belevich, 22, of Charnes Drive in East Haven, was charged Oct. 26 with first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 28. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette. 

Theresa Clinkscale, 21, of Quinnipiac Avenue in New Haven, was charged Oct. 26 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

Anthony Hernandez, 20, of Charter Oak Avenue in East Haven, was charged Oct. 25 with second-degree criminal mischief. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: David Torello.

Timothy Chase, 31, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 24 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor, second-degree breach of peace and violation of a standing criminal restraining order. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 25. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.
