Blotter: Probation Violations and Failures to Appear in Court

Police reports from Aug. 17-19.

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Joseph Salatto, 46, of Lenox Street in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 19 for second-degree failure to appear and failure to appear on motor vehicle charges.  His bail was set at $25,000 and he was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 19.

Roxanne Polini, 26, of West Haven, was arrested on Aug. 18 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. Her bail was set at $2,500 and she was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 19.

Dominic Defonzo, 45, of Coe Ave, in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 18 on a charge of criminal violation of a protective order. His bail was set at $25,000 and he’s scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 19.

William Lee, 31, of Branford, was arrested on Aug. 17 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. His bail was set at $1,000 and he’s scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 31.

Nadine Inorio, 26, of West Haven, was arrested on Aug. 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. Her bail was set at $500 and she was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 24.

Michael Orifice, 42, of Wheaton Road, in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 17 on a charge of violation of probation. His bail was set at $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven that day.

Robert Dirienzo, 19, of Borrmann Road in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 17 on a charge of second-degree failure to appear. His bail was set at $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court that day.
