Blotter: Family Members Arrested

Arrests from Aug. 19-22.

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Edward Anthony Gargano, 57, and Edward Gargano, 24, of Short Beach Road in East Haven were arrested on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. Bail was set at $5,000 each and they’re both scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 31.

John Foley, 55, and Brian Foley, 45, of Rose Street Extension in East Haven, were arrested on Aug. 22 on charges of second-degree breach of peace. Bail was set at $1,000 each and they were both scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 23.

Adalberto Rodriguez, 25, of Harrington Avenue in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 23 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. His bail was set at $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven that day.

Jason Katz, 37, of Cedar Court in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 21 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree harassment and criminal violation of a protective order. Bail was set at $5,000 and he’s scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 22.

Edward Recchia, 33, of West Haven, was arrested on Aug. 21 on charges of possession of marijuana and failure to keep prescription drugs in the original container. His bail was set at $5,000 and he’s scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 31.

Darla Mauro, 46, of Gerrish Avenue in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 20 on charges of interfering with a police officer, violation of a restraining order and second-degree reckless endangerment. Her bail was set at  $1,000 and she was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 22.

Calvin Pulliam, 35, of Derby, was arrested on Aug. 19 on two counts of driving with a suspended/revoked license. His bail was set at $1,000 and he was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 22.

Charles Streeter, 54, of Main Street in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 22 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. His bail was set at $1,000 and he’s scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 22.
