Blotter: Drugs and Disturbances

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Carissa Rivera, 26, of New Haven, was arrested on Aug. 9 on a charge of risking injury to a minor. Her bail was set at $1,000 and she’s scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 18.

John Finnimore, 44, of Kelly Court in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 9 on charges of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. His bail was set at $1,000 and he was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 10.

Andrew Spino, a 23-year-old homeless man, was Aug. 8 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. His bail was set at $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 9.

Michael Esposito, 64, of Hobson Street in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 8 on charges of breach of peace and third-degree assault. His bail was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 9.

Nicholas Bonilla, 20, of New Haven, was arrested on Aug. 8 on a charge of third-degree larceny. His bail was set at $2,500 and he’s scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 17

Aaron Sander, 41, of Redwood Drive in East Haven, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. Sander’s bail was set at $1,500 and he was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 8.

James Magnuson, 44, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 5 on a charge of disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 8.

Christopher Yelmini, 24, of Meriden, was arrested on Aug. 5 on a charge of possession of narcotics. His bail was set at $2,500 and he’s scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 18.

William Tores, 19, of Meriden, was arrested on Aug. 5 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. His bail was set at $1,000 and he’s scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 17.

Matthew Modena, 20, of Bradford Avenue in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 4 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. His bail was set at $1,000 and he’s scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 17.

Nicholas Fucci, 19, of Thompson Street in East Haven, was arrested on Aug. 3 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. His bail was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 10.
