Blotter: Drug Charges, DUIs and Disturbances

Arrests from July 23-26.

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Christopher Perinetti, 23, of Rabbit Rock Road, was arrested on July 26 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was set at $2,500 and he’s scheduled to appear in State Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 4.

Mark Paranto, 51, of Laurel Street, was arrested on July 26 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. His bail was set at $2,500 and he’s scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on July 3.

Two New Haven residents were arrested on drug charges on July 25. Juan Sanchez, 21, was charged with possession of narcotics and third-degree larceny and Jose Camacho, 31 was charged with possession of narcotics and third-degree larceny. Bail for both men was set at $1,000 each and they’re scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 3.

Darren Bennett, 28, of Silver Sands Road, was arrested on July 24 on a charge of disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $2,500 and he’s scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on July 25.

Two Branford residents were arrested and charged with interfering with an officer on July 24. Bail for Christopher Otsby, 22, and Brittany Allen, 20 was set at $2,500 each and they’re schedule to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 3.

Two residents at Foxon Boulevard were arrested on July 24 on charges of disorderly conduct. Bail for Peter Dehnel, 24, and Matthew Hilton, 22, was set at $2,500 and they’re scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on July 25.

Marta Cook, 33, of New York City, was arrested on July 23 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was set at $500 and she is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in New Haven on Aug. 4.
