The clever dissident

Aren't they clever, those who don't like anyone speaking out against their views. These party shills and schmucks for dissent. They don't like pseudonyms, because they like to impress you that the anonymous poster has to be a coward. Now they have no problem using these avatar handles when it suits them, because sometimes they can't bear to express their thoughts under their real name. If you are a regular reader of Patch, which unfortunately are fewer and fewer, you know that this is true. However when an opposition post is so solid, so spot on that the dissident  is left dumbfounded, they will do or say anything to suppress the offending opinion. They will come out of the woodwork trying to discredit this opposing viewpoint. So if you have been following progression of events, starting with a blog and through to this board, hopefully it becomes clear that those who attack are the first to complain when they themselves are attacked in kind!
