Patch’s Poll: Who Has Had the Best Speech at the Democratic National Convention So Far?

Several speakers have taken to the stage to promote President Barack Obama for a second term, including his wife, Michelle Obama, and former President Bill Clinton.

It’s the second week of presidential politicking in the United States, as Americans now in Tampa, FL, last week to the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC, this week.

Like the Republican convention, dozens of national figures — congressmen, governors and some celebrities — have given emotional, and sometimes fiery, speeches on why President Barack Obama should be re-elected to another four years.

But tonight is the main event, when Obama will assume the stage during the last night of the convention to accept his party’s nomination for a second term.

And expect he'll have his own firey speech to the American people on why he's the better choice than his opponent, Republican Mitt Romney.
