Meeting On parking problems at the Town Beach a step in a positive direction

I would like to thank selectman Joseph Santino for organizing this meeting tonight 6-19-2014. i would also like to thank Chief Larabe and assistan Chief Lennon for attending the meeting and hearing from many neighbors on thier concerns for safty issues resulting from these parking issues on both sides of the roads through out the neighborhood.The chief explained that many of the topics are not under his control and need to be brought up at the right meetings and forums to the police commision on setting up new sighnage to help resolve some of the issues ,He also stated until such a time as new sighns are in place his officers are limited in ticketing cars unless there is a definate enfoceable problem and at that point his officers can issue tickets for those violations.That all being said thank you to all who showed up and expressed legitment concerns and ideas on  how to resolve these concerns,we need to attend the next Police commision meeting in numbers just as all did this evening.Looking foward to a resolutin to these concerns of all our neighbors along Cosey Beach Ave. and all side streets in the neighborhood.
