Concerns about Pre-K tuiton

Hi There. 
My name is Erika and I've been an Eat Haven resident for 6 years and my husband was born and raised in this lovely town Billy Demetriades. We have two beautiful kids ages 6 and 2 and we are having an issue with the pre-school tuition in our town. We LOVE the Little Jackets Program at Tuttle school and I have to say that the teachers are Amazing! Unfortunately the tuition prices are going up for next year and I would be paying over $1,000.00 for my daughter to go 5 full days a week and for my son's after school program. I spoke to the Program director who has been wonderful trying to help me but it was just brought to my attention that there is another program in town (FRC) that had a lot lower rates but they only have one classroom per age and kids have been on waiting lists for years. Would anybody be able to give me more information on how to get more classes available to better assist the working, tax payer parents with pre-school children in East Haven? Thanks in advance.
