Cofrancesco sues East Haven over alleged sex discrimination

EAST HAVEN >> Last month a complaint initially made by Maturo over Cofrancesco's decision to represent the Board of Police Commissioners less than a month after Maturo became mayor resulted in a decision by the Statewide Grievance Committee to order Cofrancesco to enroll in an ethics training class, citing a conflict of interest.
