According to the official town of East Haven website's minutes from ADA Commission Robert D. Hoff has resigned as chairman. According to the EH website the commission has had three meeting so far this year. Commissioner Hoff ran the Jan meeting. According to the April meeting he resigned as chairman and was absent. Another meeting was held in May and you guessed it. Hoff absent again. Why did this self-promoting advocate for the disabled abruptly resign his chairmanship??? More troubling is why would this commissioner fail to show up at two consecutive meetings?? Is this how a public servant is supposed to act. I urge all voters in the third district not to vote for this man for town council. Here is a copy of the minutes from the EH website:

Reorganization
Chairman Hoff has resigned as Chairman so the Commission needs to reorganize. Commissioner DeSorbo made a MOTION to nominate Commissioner Brian Savo as Chairman. Commissioner Vellali seconded. All were in favor, none were opposed and none abstained. MOTION CARRIED
