Senator Len Fasano attends Storm Response Bill signing in West Hartford last month. The legislation, created in wake of the two storms that besieged Connecticut in the Fall of 2011, utilized recommendations from the Two Storm Panel report and the Witt Report to improve operations in four individual policy areas: performance; management and communications; preparedness and training; and infrastructure strengthening.
