Toys for Tots: East Haven Fire's Holiday Drive Is In Full Swing
"The toys are given out to families in East Haven. Our way to help take care of our community."
The East Haven Fire Department is once again holding its annual Toys for Tots holiday drive.
The department is collecting donations of new, unwrapped toys for all different ages of boys and girls.
"The toys are given out to families in East Haven," the EHFD firefighters stated via their union Facebook page. "Our way to help take care of our community."

A tree has been placed within fire headquarters at 200 Main Street where those who wish to donate as part of the program can chose an ornament, which has the age and gender of a local child in need.
Each of the ornaments were made by the pre-schoolers at The Old Stone Church.
