TTP Walk - West Haven

Looking for a family activity this weekend? Join Christine Carrion, along with her friends & family to bring awareness to a rare disease though a stroll on the beach!

From Christine: This is a national walk, but since it is a rare disease it doesn't have a lot of publicity. I thought that I would start a local walk in West Haven on the beach, which will become an annual event.

I ask that if you can donate to the ttp site or bring something to help support the research of the disease - it doesn't need to be much (a dollar would be great). I will make a lump sum donation after the walk.

I would also like everyone to wear red, due to ttp being a rare blood disease. We will meet in Jimmy's restaurant parking lot at 1:00pm and walk from there (I may still need help with the wheel chair, but ill be doing what I can).

Please eat before and bring water with you.

Walk Info:
Saturday Sept 21st, 2013 at West Haven beach, Jimmy’s parking lot from 1:00-3:00pm

Donations can also be made at:http://walktogether.dojiggy.com/carrion

Thank you for your support!
