"Safe-Fit" Self Defense and Conditioning Class

"Safe-Fit" is a class that teaches a solid foundation of self defense skills and techniques while providing the strength and conditioning to use them. The classes are comprised of 5-10 min. warm up, 30 min. of strength and conditioning, 30 min. of self defense instruction and 5-10 min. of cool down. The self defense is based on Krav Maga, Ju-jitsu, grappling, boxing, Muy Thai and other disciplines. Class size is limited in order to keep the instruction personal.
