Blind Wine Tasting

How much does price, brand name, label
(believe it or not) influence how you make your wine purchase.  What
happens when we strip you of all that and we only go by taste and
smell?  Will you enjoy the same wine that much more?  You'll to find
out!

Join us as we demystify the stereotype of
Chianti being served out of straw covered bottles on top of red, white
and green checkered table clothes.  We will blind taste a variety of
Chianti from each region while I once again make a noble effort at
pairing cheeses with each wine.

If you missed our Cabernet Blind tasting
in October, here is your chance to see what the fun is all about!  Five
Chianti enter, only one leaves victorious based on sight, smell and
taste!

$30/person or $50/couple.
