Work Begins On Hagaman Library Renovations

The project will add a new community room and improve other library facilities.

Construction began this week on renovations at the to create .

The New Haven Register reported that the work represents the first major renovations at the town library since 1975.

The project will also create more room for adult books and public computer stations. The new community room will be able to hold 75 persons and could be closed off from the rest of the library, meaning it could be used for meetings even when the library itself is closed.
