It will be a Happy Holidays indeed for Otto. The East Haven Animal Shelter just announced through its Facebook page that this lovable little pooch has just been adopted.
It's nice to know that Otto has found his new forever home.
Good luck, Otto. And don't forget to write!
Original Story (Nov. 4)
Otto is quite the dog.
The loveable lad is about a year old and he came to the East Haven Animal Shelter earlier this fall when he was found in town.
Otto is a medium energy dog who is very playful. He loves to romp around the yard and play fetch, or go on a hike, East Haven Animal Control Officer Kristina Ruszczyk said.
But at the same time, he can be very mellow and affectionate.
"He's very cuddly," Ruszczyk said.
"He's just a very good companion dog," she said.
Ruszczyk added that Otto is housebroken, listens well and knows basic commends like "sit." He is good with other animals, as well.
"Also his markings are very beautiful," she said.
And Otto also loves to give gentle kisses, as East Haven Patch received several during a visit with him at the shelter on Thursday afternoon.
In addition, is still looking for his forever home. Contact the shelter if you think you might be the one.
