Pet of the Week: #111

There's cute little cats, and then there's cute little cats — and then there's #111.

The East Haven Animal Shelter currently is home to a young male kitten that is only about six months old.

The black, domestic short-haired cat has a good temperament and is very affectionate, according to Officer Kristina Ruszczyk.

"He loves to be held," Ruszczyk said. "He's just very sweet."

She added that #111 — who has yet to be given an official name — is an active young feline, who enjoys being playful and having fun.

"He's just the cutest little cat," Ruszczyk said.
