Mayor April & The Twisted Tongue

Happy birthday, Dr. Seuss!

Elementary schools across East Haven -- and the rest of the country -- celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday Wednesday by reading Theodor Geisel's whimsical, silly, clever prose for Read Across America Day. Mayor April "Cat In the Hat" Capone read the tongue-twisting "Fox in Sox" to children at Overbrook School at 10 a.m. and was due back at 1 p.m.
