East Haven Arrests for Sept. 16 to Sept. 18

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Lisa J. Teneyck, 46, of Branford Road in North Branford, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction and a separate charge of failure to appear in court. A total bond amount of $1,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 26. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

Andrew Santanello, 18, of Hickory Road in Guilford, was charged Sept. 18 with second-degree breach of peace. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 26. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

Thomas Michael Slocum, 51, of Cosey Beach Avenue in East Haven, was charged Sept. 18 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor and third-degree assault. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 26. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Soraya Monay Dukes, 20, of Quinnipiac Avenue in East Haven, was charged Sept. 18 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 26. Arresting officer: David Olson.

Towanna Lashay Randall, 35, of Old Foxon Road in East Haven, was charged Sept. 18 with failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 19. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

James Daniel Hilton, 30, of Cedar Court in East Haven, was charged Sept. 16 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17. Arresting officer: Alfred Maio.

Julio Miranda, 30, of Exchange Street in New Haven, was charged Sept. 16 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 26. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Joseph Flores, 36, of Foxon Road in East Haven, was charged Sept. 16 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 27. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.
