Did town clerk make deal before election?

Did town Clerk Stacy Gravino make her deal with the Republicans before the election? Judging by the attached pictures it appears so. The wide shoot was taken from patch story on sold out rally for Mayor Maturo. The other picture of Gravino and Maturo appears to be from the same room but an empty room. Did she show up early and have a drink with the Mayor and iron out her deal to get elected at the expense of Mr. Speer? This is why there is such voter apathy in this town, State and Nation. No one can trust most politicians. Maybe we should have elected that Trolley party candidate. Stacy and her mother pulled the wool over the eyes of all the voters in East Haven. I hope those that have the stomach to even vote in two years do not forget this deceit. Maybe Ms. Allie can find something in this deal to make a complaint to the state over.
