Trolley Park Apartments Sold in $9.6 Million Deal

New owners reportedly plan "comprehensive renovation" of apartment complex.

Trolley Park Apartments, at 500-512 Main Street in East Haven, has been sold with the new owners reportedly planning "to undertake a comprehensive renovation" of the property, according to a report in the Connecticut Business News Journal.

The firm 512-520 Main Street, LLC recently purchased the 214-unit apartment complex for $9.6 million from the facility's previous owners, Trolley Park, LLC.

The buyers were represented by Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.

In the report, a representative of the investment services firm stated the new owners plan “to undertake a comprehensive renovation of this asset.”

The complex, which was built from 1972 to 1975, is home to 88 one-bedroom units and 126 efficiency units.
