And yes, Ricky Gervais is back and he is fabulous! This is my favorite awards show because it combines TV and movies and pays respect to funny films. And Ricky Gervais is a scream.

Undercover Boss, 8 p.m., CBS

“Diamond Resorts International chairman and CEO Stephen J. Cloobeck goes under cover in the company to get a close look at the inner-workings of his company.” I hope he has to least unclog a toilet. Or clean up puke. I’d take either.

Napoleon Dynamite, 8:30 p.m., Fox

You either get this movie or you don’t. I don’t. My husband and my 11-year-old son wet their pants at every viewing and they have seen it dozens of times. Fox has made it into an animated series. Huzzah.
