One delivery of about one dozen means was sent to the Quality Inn on Frontage Road were a number of residents who were displaced from their homes due to Superstorm Sandy, were currently staying. These included a number from the badly damaged apartment building on Coe Ave.

All the full course meals are purchased from the Boston Market on Frontage Road, who provides everything needed including utensils and fully cooked turkeys, which club members carve up on site for the individual plates. The Market provides their services to the club at a very attractive price, which is invaluable to the success of the event.
