Monday: East Haven Fall Leaf Pickup Begins

With this week's expected arrival of the season's first wintry weather mix, it's a good thing East Haven's fall leaf collection program kicks off early next week.
The town's Public Services Department will begin fall leaf pick-ups this Monday, Nov. 18.
Each street has been assigned a scheduled day for pick up. A full rundown of each town street and its date for collection is posted in a PDF above. The document can be downloaded and printed out for review.

Residents are reminded that in order for leaves to be collected, they must be deposited in biodegradable paper leaf bags and placed at the curbside.
Leaves placed in plastic bags will not be picked up.
