Congratulations To These Seniors on Their Birthdays!
Coming soon ShopRite store owner joined a group of seniors at the Senior Center to wish them a very happy birthday.
How quickly August arrives! Congratulations to these three seniors from East Haven who celebrated their birthdays in style with Mayor Joseph Maturo, Jr. at the town's Senior Center.
This month they are joined by Harry Garafalo, the owner-operator of ShopRite Supermarkets. Garafalo is anticipating opening his newest store in town on Route 80 in Foxon, approximately October 1. The store will be Garafalo's fifth, with the others located in Milford, Hamden, Stratford and West Haven.
The East Haven location has taken in some 1,500 applications applying for approximately 250 new jobs that the company is bringing to the town.
