The story chronicles the adventures of young Dr. Frankenstein (that’s Fronkensteen) as he tries to join the family business, honor his grandfather’s legacy and bring a corpse to life. Together with his hump-backed yet loveable helper, Igor (that’s Eye-gor), his shapely lab assistant, Inga, and the mysterious housekeeper, Frau Blücher, Frederick takes to the lab. Despite his self-absorbed, zany fiancé, Elizabeth and the ever-schnooping Inspector Kemp, Frankenstein succeeds in creating a monster---but not without frightening and comical complications!
With memorable tunes like “Transylvania Mania,” “He Vas My Boyfriend,” “Please Don’t Touch Me,” and “Puttin on the Ritz,” Young Frankenstein is scientifically proven to be monstrously good entertainment!
