The Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A. has announced two new partners--Kathleen Brody and Joseph Roth, who both practice in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and appeals.

            Brody's practice also includes representation of professionals in licensure, ethics and related proceedings.  She is a member of the Arizona State Bar’s Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct; an associate web editor for the American Bar Association's Litigation Section, Criminal Litigation Committee; a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and co-chair of the Amicus and Rules Committee for the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice.  Brody graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and Yale University.  She clerked for Arizona Supreme Court Justice Andrew D. Hurwitz.
