East Haven Arrests for July 4 to July 10

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Vincent John Dimicco, 27, of Elm Street in East Haven, was charged July 9 with second-degree harassment. A bond of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court July 10. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Christopher Nazario, 22, of North Cherry Street in Wallingford, was charged July 9 with mandatory security requirements (insurance). No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court July 19. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Sal Staiano, 24, of Boston Avenue in East Haven, was charged July 8 with second-degree criminal trespass. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court July 18. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Sarah Lyn Wilkens, 19, of Inverary Drive in Watertown, was charged July 8 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court July 9. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Carlos Dejesus, 22, of Oregon Avenue in East Haven, was charged July 7 with injury/risk/impairing morals of a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court July 9. Arresting officer: Danielle M. Germe.

Louis F. Masselli, 55, of Melroy Road in West Haven, was charged July 7 with operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plate, driving a motor vehicle with no insurance, reckless driving failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with a police officer and fourth-degree criminal attempt at larceny. A bond of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appearing in court July 9. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

Paul A. Raucci, 40, of Village Street in North Haven, was charged July 7 with possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with a police officer and fourth-degree criminal attempt at larceny. A bond of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court July 9. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

Joshua Lee Morales, 20, of Arthur Street in New Haven, was charged July 7 with third-degree burglary, manufacture/possession of burglar tools, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court July 18. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Jose Luis Munoz, 21, of State Street in Hamden, was charged July 7 with third-degree burglary, manufacture/possession of burglar tools, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary. Daniel Matsin McFadden, 27, of Sorrento Avenue in East Haven, was charged July 7 with second-degree breach of peace. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court July 9. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Herbert.

Andrea Marie Gaites, 26, of Claudia Drive in West Haven, was charged July 7 with second-degree breach of peace. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court on July 9. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Herbert.

Jose Gonzalez, 44, of Kimberly Avenue in New Haven, was charged July 6 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and operating a motto vehicle without a license. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court July 19. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Ronald Charles Cross, 58, of Thompson Street in East Haven, was charged July 5 with interference with an emergency call and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $50,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court July 6. Arresting officer Mathew J. Wambolt.

Bonita Delcorte, 51, of Cosey Beach Avenue in East Haven, was charged July 5 with traveling unreasonably fast, operation of a motor vehicle under the influence, making an improper turn and an unlawful window tint. A bond amount of $500 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court July 19. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Vincent Michael Beedle, 21, of Fair Street in Meriden, was charged July 5 with operation of a motor vehicle without carrying a license, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and/or registration, failure to obey a traffic control signal and poession of a controlled substance or less than 4 ounces of marijuana. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court July 19. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Patrick Warner Rourke, 41, of Green Hill Road in Madison, was charged July 5 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court July 18. In a separate arrest July 5, Rourke was charged with failure to appear in court.
